Will Testa serves as an Account Administrator at Western Reserve Trust Company.  In his role, he directly supports trust officers with day-to-day administration of trust accounts. Will maintains consistent client communication and coordinates with external advisors to ensure seamless account management.  Will also helps carry out trustee responsibilities accurately and efficiently, in alignment with governing documents and regulatory requirements.

Prior to joining Western Reserve, Will spent three years with Bank of America, where he developed a strong foundation in financial services and client support.

Will earned a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and Criminology in 2021 from John Carroll University. He subsequently earned a Master of Business Administration from John Carroll University in 2023. During his undergraduate studies, he was a member of the John Carroll Blue Streaks football team.

Originally from the Boston, Massachusetts area, Will now resides in the Cleveland, Ohio area.
