MaKayla has more than ten years of experience in hospitality management and freelance photography, a background that has reinforced her organizational and relationship-building abilities. During her previous role as Client Service Coordinator at WRTC, she quickly established herself by advancing procedures, enhancing tax preparation processes, fostering stronger connections between departments, and upholding the highest regulatory standards. Prior to joining WRTC, MaKayla served as an Event Coordinator at Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant, where she gained valuable understanding in project management, office administration, marketing, team training, and cross-functional partnership. Outside of WRTC, she is an active freelance photographer in the music industry and enjoys concerts, traveling, hiking, and spending quality time with her loved ones.
