Dominic M. Fragapane, CPA

Tax Manager & CISO

Dominic Fragapane manages Western Reserve Trust Company’s tax practice, information security program, and technology. He is responsible for the oversight of the complete tax process for high-net-worth individuals, foundations, trusts, and estates, which includes detailed year-round tax planning, tax return preparation, estimate compliance, and gift and estate tax advising. He also assists in the monitoring of investments and the preparation of personal financial statements. Dominic also assists with overseeing and continuously updating WRTC’s information and security policies to ensure the safety of WRTC’s operations and sensitive client information and compliance with regulations set for state-chartered banks.

Prior to the formation of WRTC in 2018, Dominic served as a tax accountant with the law firm of Perry & Karnatz, LCC, and also as an accountant at Plante Moran, a large regional public accounting firm. At Plante Moran, Dominic was involved in the complete tax process, which included year-end planning, tax estimates, and return filing requirements for high-net-worth individuals and partnerships.

Dominic and his wife, Shaina, live in North Ridgeville and have two daughters.
