Dominic M. Fragapane manages the firm's tax practice, information security program, and technology. He is responsible for the oversight of the complete tax process for high net worth individuals, fiduciaries, Foundations, and estates. The complete tax process includes detailed year-round tax planning with clients, tax return & estimate compliance, and Gift tax advising. He assists in the monitoring of investments and preparation of personal net worth statements. He also oversees and continuously updates the policies and procedures in relation to the State of Ohio's information security and technology regulations set for charted banks.
Prior to joining the law firm of Perry & Karnatz, LCC as a tax accountant, he worked as an accountant at Plante Moran, a large regional public accounting firm. At Plante Moran, he prepared the complete tax process, which includes year-end planning, estimates, and all return filing requirements for high net worth individuals and partnerships.
Mr. Fragapane received his Bachelor and Master degrees in Accountancy from the University of Toledo in 2013 and 2015, respectively. He earned his Ohio CPA license in March 2017. He and his wife, Shaina, live in North Ridgeville and have two daughters.
