Brooke N. Hartman

Account Administrator

Brooke Hartman serves as an account administrator for Western Reserve Trust Company, where she collaborates closely with trust officers and clients to oversee essential administrative tasks. Her responsibilities include account opening and closing, account reviews, and assisting trust officers with day-to-day trust administration to ensure a great client experience. 

Prior to joining WRTC, Brooke worked as an Area Operations Manager for Amazon for five years. At Amazon, she led multiple departments with over one hundred and seventy associates, optimizing staffing and adapting to dynamic working conditions to maximize efficiency and control costs. Brooke served as a passionate people leader ensuring the safety and well being of her associates, partaking in many initiatives which promoted inclusivity and awareness within the workplace.

Brooke is an alumnus of The Ohio State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Logistics with a Minor in Engineering Sciences. During her time at Ohio State, she was an active member of the Delta Zeta Sorority in charge of planning events for sisterhood and volunteer events partnering with The Starky Hearing Foundation as well as Flying Horse Farms.  Brooke was also a Special Events Planner for The Ohio Statehouse (CSRAB), planning events for the governor and other government officials/organizations, philanthropy/charity events, weddings, and more.

Brooke was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio before moving to Cleveland five years ago. She lives in West Park with her boyfriend, Efrain, and their two cats Gray and Simba. In her free time, Brooke enjoys traveling, going to concerts, reading, hiking, and spending time with her loved ones.
